On Good Friday, The Bluewater Festival attracts tens of thousands of visitors to the Shorncliffe Pier and Moora Park.

The Bluewater Festival provides the best waterfront views for the start of Australia’s second biggest yacht race ‘The Brisbane to Gladstone’.

Applications for stallholders to apply to take part in this unique and long-standing festival will open soon!

Event date: Good Friday, 19 April 2019.

Event time: 8.00am to 7.30pm

Event location: Shorncliffe Pier and Moora Park

Note that discussions are underway to increase the festival to two days!! Further opportunities may become available for a special Bluewater Festival event on Thursday 18 April from 4pm to 9pm.

Stall Holder Terms & Conditions

Stallholder Application Confirmation and Closing Date: Confirmation of stallholder acceptance commences February 2019.  Applications close off Friday 15 March 2019.

Complete the on-line form below to apply for a stall at the Blue Water Festival.  An invoice will be sent subsequently.

Option to use your own generator is to be discussed with event organisers.
If your stall only requires power for lighting, battery operated lighting is preferred. However, power outlets can be provided for an additional fee of $20 + GST.
A copy of your public liability insurance certificate which is valued at a minimum of $20 Million dollars is to be uploaded. Applicants unable to provide a copy of this policy will not be permitted to trade.
All food vendors will require a food licence to trade at this event.
All stalls must be professionally presented at all times with: - all excess stock to be neatly packed away. - all electrical chords neatly run through garden beds/non pedestrian areas / cable trays / under carpet mats and must be gaffed together where possible.
